Summary
Caregiver status had no direct effect on telomere length, but caregiving had a significant indirect effect on telomere length through anticipatory threat appraisals. High anticipatory threat appraisals may increase cellular aging.

The TeloYears test is not intended for screening, diagnosing, treating or preventing diseases or medical conditions.
