Summary
Read this hallmark paper on the end-replication problem published in 1992 and co-authored by TeloYears Chief Scientific Officer, Calvin Harley. In this paper he and other authors that include Carol Greider, who won the 2009 Nobel Prize for Medicine and Physiology in her work on telomere biology, describe how telomere attrition can be attributed to the end-replication process and how this results in cellular senescence.
